Pastor Donald K. Whitmore, a Grand Junction, Tennessee native, graduated from Bolivar Central High and earned degrees in elementary education, administration, and curriculum development from Middle Tennessee State University. Now residing in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, with his wife Evette and their three children, he has spent 30 years as a teacher and 13 years pastoring True Gospel Church, with extensive ministry experience.

Pastor Whitmore has served in various roles, including teaching Sunday school, leading children’s church, singing in choirs, serving as a deacon, and participating in missions abroad. His passion lies in serving people, particularly children, and sharing the gospel through active community engagement. Inspired by John 4:34, his mission is to fulfill God’s will with dedication, teaching with clarity and conviction, and enjoying his family and ministry work.
